I can’t believe that I just now downloaded these pictures from my camera, but there you have it — it’s been another busy week for me. Better that, I suppose, than not having enough to do, right? Anyway, in these pictures, I break out my Ralph Lauren ruffle sweater (worn backwards) before the weather becomes too warm and wear it with an Akris Punto skirt, a Peter Som belt, and Miu Miu pumps.
The skirt makes its debut on my blog and the coolest thing about it is the pockets which zip open and closed. I’ve tried to show you that feature in the above closeup, but I’m not certain that I was terribly successful.
And before I left the house, I threw on my Moschino trompe l’oeil (aka Kill Bill) coat …
I decided I should wear the coat too while it’s still cold enough and because I really have a thing for trompe l’oeil.

I love the belt! I thought it was two belts at first. Very cool. It really draws my eye in. I also have to start wearing the rest of my sweaters! You are looking as lovely as ever Carole. xo

i love your ruffly sweater so much! i like how the frills are so high up on the neck. and i love your combo of the 2 very different belts as well. can’t wait to see your upcoming big post!
