Let me begin this post by apologizing about the poor editing on the image above. What can I say? My talents lie elsewhere. 
In these pictures, I wear a fun trompe l’oeil dress from UK high street brand, Oasis.
This was my first order from Oasis in several years and wow, how the sizing has changed! Maybe it’s just this dress, but maybe not. If anyone can comment on Oasis sizing, it would be appreciated. Anyway, the dress runs ginormous. It is so large, I am actually going to break out my sewing machine and run a couple of seams down the sides to bring the dress in. My talents don’t lie in sewing either, but this dress was very inexpensive so I can’t justify paying someone to do this for me, nor can I justify return postage to the UK.
I also wear Prada shoes and Wolford tights.

Carole, you crack me up with your photoshops! I love the idea of this and might even buy the trench coat tshirt from oasis now that I have your useful information about fit. It does appear to be too loose on you but it is fun enough to alter and keep!

Thanks, Jess. My silly pictures make me laugh too — I hope they inspire everyone to chuckle or at least smile. Re. the Oasis dress, I think it’s a good dress for the money. Oasis has run notoriously small in years past, so I was very surprised that my size small dress fit like a generous medium. If you bite the bullet, I’d love to see your pictures.

that dress is so cool! i love trompe l’oeil in fashion, and it isn’t easy to come by. you’ll have to wear this with your fabulous trompe l’oeil coat. oh, and i LOVE the shoes as well.
