I was feeling a little like this before going to dinner last Saturday night …

So, naturally, I pulled out my tie dye, cashmere sweater from Michael Kors …

It’s not really in my nature to dress quite as casually as Hippie Hound, so I paired the sweater with my pink, washed leather jacket from Burberry Prorsum; a magenta tweed, bow skirt from Forever 21; my favorite necklace from f21; and my brown, Ostrich Claw pumps from Gucci.

If you read my blog regularly, you know that I’ve had quite a time breaking in these pumps. I’m glad to say that they are (finally) getting more comfortable. A closeup …

I also wore Wolford Honeycomb tights in Mocca.

Peace, everybody! More soon. — Carole

I adore the pink leather jacket. Everything about it is beautiful. I love how you paired it with that cute skirt! I cannot believe it is from Forever 21. I am glad you are breaking in your Gucci pumps and they are feeling comfortable! I find the Gucci boots I recently bought to be quite comfortable, despite the height. I don’t think you can beat a cashmere sweater either. I love them too =) Looking fabulous Carole! xoxo

Hrmmm… I was *going* to order that skirt from F21 last month, but feared it would be too short. Tell me why I didn’t again? Because it *too cute* on you. Reminds me of Hello Kitty

woah, i never knew cashmere and tie dye could go together. since those are 2 of my favorite things, i’m really in love with this sweater. i like the dressier skirt and jacket with it too- i think that’s the best way to wear it!

You know, all of this shouldn’t go together, but it really does! You look adorable, Carole! And you look great in short skirts – they really make your legs look long!
