Boot – ilicious

I didn’t think I would, but I couldn’t resist …

I have been wearing OTK boots for the past two fall seasons and since they have become (in the form of close-fitting, thigh-high boots) one of the “hot trends of this season”, I thought I’d probably pass this time.  As I was killing some time at topshop.com, I stumbled across the most amazing pair of suede OTK boots.  I ordered them a couple of weeks ago and wore them for the first time last night.

What I wore underneath …

These boots are called the “britany2″ and are spectacular footwear for the money.  They are dead ringers for the $1400 Brian Atwoods that I just couldn’t justify getting.

Coat detail …

With my britany2 OTK boots, I wore a sweater from Moschino Cheap and Chic, a skirt from Michael Kors, and a coat from Akris Punto.

That’s it for now.  See you soon. — Carole

  1. Hi There,

I got the Britany2 boots from Topshop too, they’re stunning aren’t they? I actually prefer them to the Brian Atwood ones, prefer the shape and height. They look great on you.

    • Hi Rosalynn, Yes, indeed, these boots are the bomb diggity! The only thing I like about the Atwood boots over these is the suede covered heel — but not enough to shell out $1400! I really do love topshop shoes, the quality is always amazing. Thanks for the comment.
