It’s pretty rare that Target’s Go International designers have collection pieces that appeal to me these days (I personally like Target’s earliest efforts), but Thakoon’s Go Int’l was a win!  I wear the twisted strap/hem dress with a vintage necklace I picked up on ebay and Barbara Bui booties.

I loooove this necklace.  It’s a “hammered” silver-tone metal and is nice and heavy.
